New Breakfast Recipe - Spicy Hashbrowns Stacker

I've been listening to a lot of readers and most don't want a lot of backstory on recipes. So I am going to jump right into this recipe. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients 2 small potatoes, grated 3 eggs 1/2 of a small onion, diced 1 jalapeño, minced 1/4 cup + 1Tbsp flour 1tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Cayenne 1/2 tsp White Pepper 3 Tbsp oil for frying 1 fried breakfast sausage patty, large and thin 1/4 slice avocado Spicy salsa on the side Instructions Rinse the grated potatoes in a strainer to remove the excess starch. Squeeze the potatoes to remove as much water as possible. Put the potatoes in a bowl. Add the onions, jalapeño, flour, and 1 beaten egg. Mix well. Mix the spice together and add them to the potatoes. Mix them well. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat. Spoon in 2 Tbsp of the potato mixture and shape it into a rectangle. Cook until it is golden brown on one side (about 3-5 minutes). This is a good time to fry your sausage also. Flip the hashbrowns and cook another 3-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt. Repeat with the rest of the potatoes. Fry a couple of eggs to your liking. Stack your plate in the following order: hashbrowns avocado, sausage patty, eggs. Enjoy with some salsa on the side! See the video here: Bigmista
