Burgers are one of the things that a lot of people miss on the Keto diet. This recipe can make you forget all about your craving. Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is the easy to prepare dish that you have been waiting for. Here are the ingredients: 2 lbs. Ground Beef, browned (I used 1 lb. in the video. We wanted more meat.)
1 small onion, chopped and grilled
1/4 cup chopped pickles 8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
2 cups shredded cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1 Tbsp mustard 1 Tbsp sugar free ketchup
2 tsp kosher salt 2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp granulated garlic
1. Add the mayo, mustard and ketchup to a bowl along with the eggs, cream and seasonings. 2. Whip until smooth and set aside. 3. In a 9" casserole dish, layer the remaining ingredients in this order: Ground beef, onions, pickles, bacon, 1/2 of the cheese, mayo/egg mixture, rest of the cheese.
4. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. 5. Remove from the oven and let it rest 10 minutes before cutting.
