It's that time of year and since the word got out that I do catering, I've been pressed into service to cater our store Christmas Party. I've been cooking for two days and once this is over I am going to share the recipes for everything that I am cooking. I am going with a Southern Menu. Here is a list of items that I am cooking:

I can hear my arteries clogging already but it will be worth it!!
