I was telling some friends of mine over at the BBQ Brethren site about all of the cooking I was doing for Christmas and I decided to chronicle all of the cooking here so everyone can see what really goes in to cooking Christmas dinner.

This Christmas I am smoking a Turkey for a friend of my father, I'm smoking a turkey, 8 racks of ribs and 60 chicken sausages for a catering job and another turkey, 2 pork shoulders and some brandied sweet potato casserole for the family dinner.
